Taskalf 520i C8040 error keeps happening!

I reset the finisher error 906 2 or 3 days later they call back with the same thing, i've took the finisher apart can't find any problems.

When I run test copies stapling & finishing everything works fine.

Anybody have any clues?

Adjust the finisher interlock. While the machine is running the switch can break contact if it is just making it.

I had a same problem! I try every step with no help. Did you able to fix it?

check the photo interupter located in the finisher tray rail ...change the upper one ...i had the same problem....atlast i got this and changed it...machine is working fine...

I had a similar problem it ended up being the guide rail was somehow out of place and the carriage was occasionally, like once a week catching as it passed the middle section. I didn't take it apart just tweeked it and it has been fine for over a year.

Anyone else have new info on this issue. I have this problem and can't fix it still. So far replaced : 305JA71490,305JA70070,305JA70490,305JA71480, Also, belt assembly as well(305JA73180). No luck so far. Maybe, I should go with finisher main board? Any other ideas. Thank you
