[CQ] Cyan background in Alfalfa 300ci

Dear All,

I have problem in Task Alfalfa 300ci while making color copy ,it gave me Cyan background in the copy

I updated the firmware and I made maintenance for the mirrors but it gave me same result

can any one help me please

Did you do all adjustments, and is the firmware up to the latest version?

i did all the adjustments and the update is 6/1/2012

I agree. Replace Cyan developer.

the problem is only from copying but printing is ok
so cyan dev. unit is ok

run simulation-429. Text+photo. Change the cyan value to -2.it will be ok.
