    [CQ] gray copies

    FS-1135 customer states gray copies after the machine sits for awhine ex. first thing in the morning it clears up after about 30 pages???

          Make sure they aren't using generic toner.

              so far replaced drum developer unit clean transfer roller contacts update firmware and toner is oem
