Just a quick question, need to replace a magenta drum unit in a Kyocera ta250ci in a hurry, problem is I do not have one to replace it with yet. I do have a colour drum from KM-C3225 and it looks very similiar. Just wondering does anyone know would this work in a ta250ci? Thanks in advance.

There have been (10) revisions to the Saturn drum since inception, and at least (5) revisions to the Voyager drum. If there was some similarity, it's in appearance only. You'll just end up wasting a good Voyager drum. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
