Has anyone tried it yet? I've tried it on 4 different PCs: Win7 64, Vista 64, WinXP 32, and a WinXP 64. They all get to the same point, when the optional components are to be installed. The installation stalls and the only exit is from Task Manager. You do end up with a partial installation, but for now I think I'll stick with version 6.0.2212 =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've had that issue on about 10% of the installs. I've tried restarting the spooler service, but only rebooting the machine works. I've never had it fail after a reboot.I would rather be riding, talking to God than sitting in church thinking about riding.
