I have a copier that is throwing this code that has to do with the CIS lamp in the dock feeder.
Edit: I was misinformed from another tech. The machine does have the CIS lamp in the dock feeder and under U061 there is only the option to turn on the CCD lamp but not the CIS lamp. Is that a clear indication that the lamp is bad?

Also where can I look up the part number for the CIS lamp, the parts manual I have for the 300ci does not show any of the dafd parts?

Replaced the CIS and it no longer throws the error code when it comes on/off. I ordered the fan along with the CIS but it is on back order until the first of June. When I was testing the new CIS I never could get the fan to come on, is it supposed to run all the time? It has me wondering if the fan went out and cause the old unit to burn up.
