    [Misc] LS-C8100dn+

    Hi,
    Am so gla to join this forum.
    I was introduced to it by James Atera of COPIERTEC.

    I purchased a brand new LS-C8100DN+ and I have never been able to make it print.
    It is in Japanese and I have failed to change the language.
    I even tried to seek assistance from MFI a Kyocera representative. All was in vain though they took my money.

    The printer only sends a summary page with error code.

    I have been advised to install an English language CHIP. Would any member be able to supply me with this?

          Were you perchance referring to the FS-C8100DN?
          I've never tried to change languages on this model, but I would think that firmware and a destination setting would solve this problem. Did you have a Kyocera trained tech visit you? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
