    Kyocera KM-C2525E: Broken K-feed system

At work, we use Kyocera KM-C2525E for a while.
Suddenly, black color is slowly fading away.
We thought toner is perhaps empty. There is no error message for it.
After changing toner cassette, something is wrong.
Black color still fading away and now it's almost fully white...

After some checks and trying feed K toner inside with closing / opening front panel, i discovered the motor for toner rotating inside won't rotate at all.
Motors for toner C / M / Y are working okay, it's rotating a bit. Printing is okay with this colors, only black toner is missing on paper.

It seems motor for black toner feeding is broken, but i cannot enter service mode to check more. There is password on service mode.
Who knowns this feed problem with Kyocera copiers?
Is it easy to fix or more hard to fix the problem?

    Thank you very much.

You could have a faulty developer unit. To get into service mode you need to press the Status key and then 10871087 quickly, then you'll be in service mode. If you need more help PM me.

True. The DV-820 developing units can start to leak at the rear seals. The leaking developer eventually destroys the gear drive to the developing unit. If this was a KM-C4035E you would need to get a developer drive clutch too, but this is a C2525E, which does not have a clutch there, just a gear drive.

Remove the black developing unit. If you see a pile of developer, you'll know what to do. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
