Customer says when doing 2-2 sided the feeder jams upon reversal. Says it doesn't pull it back in after it spits out to reverse......they are a couple hours away so getting any obvious ideas first...thank you

jam codes?If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Take a spare feeder with you if you can. If they are under a service agreement then just swap it out if it's not a easy fix. You can't be driving hours back and forth.Comment

Well, I've not gotten to look at it yet as the customer is out of town. Go figure. I think I have a spare with me though. I will take it with me.Comment
