[CQ] Light copy in Taskalfa 3500i

I have a machine where the client put toner refill in the toner cartridge original. After it became too light the copy. I changed the development unit and toner using the original, after 10k copying became light again and I am not able to resolve to normalize the copy brightness. Somebody help me?

No! no! After spending the customer had with a new MK, I guarantee you he would not do it again because it has been warned.

You'd be surprised what customers will do even after being warned/scolded/etc... They just know better than to admit to it now.

After 45 years in the biz, I still can't understand why customers lie about toner; priests, nuns, doctors...all kinds of customers... Even if it's included in their contract. Go figure!?
