[CQ] color bands on copies on km c3225

Has anyone ever had this problem in km c3225 making copies that have color bands on copies.Three color bands one in middle the others about 2cm from edges.

The transfer belt is not being cleaned properly. The bands are the lines generated during calibration. The common fault is a disconnected white wire which prevents a full discharge, however your picture shows the lines very vivid indicating the transfer belt cleaning blade is possibly not touching the belt. Check the return springs.

thanks man it was the white cable that was not connected to the High voltage PCB for transfer separation,didn't know someone has been trying to fix this machine before.Its now perfect.

glad to help. Might be an idea to check colour registration alignment now it's sorted.
