kyocera taskalfa 5500i I have an error after photocoping F339 but it is ok to print from pc. Can't find this code in service manual.

Saw F339 error code yesterday on C2626. Customer was trying to scan a check in color to his email. He failed to mention the check part when he called in. Switched to mono and scanned fine.Comment

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
