Has anyone noticed the black toners in both these machines not making yield? The propaganda pages have the yield at 7000, realistic expectations should be 4500-5000. We are seeing 2000 pages.

Were you aware that the prescribed yield is based on 3% fill, not 5% or 6% fill? So for average, normal customers halve the stated yield.
We've got one of these doing 65%+ on each color. They install two cartridges a day. We'll never break even on that machine. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I didn't expect to get yield, but 2000 on a cartridge seemed a bit low to me. I don't know what their coverage is, it's something to look at. I didn't know about the 3%, I was figuring 5%.If at first you don't succeed, redefine successComment
