Hi everybody, the printer in the object print ever black background. I thought it could be the High Voltage Board, but I don't know this brand; could anyone help me please?

    Thanx in advance

Agreed. If you can see any image in the blackness and no voids, maybe drum grounding loss. If solid black with no image visible and no voids, primary charge loss (maybe shorted blocks, maybe broken grid, maybe arcing contacts). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I checked the drum unit but I din't see anything broken. I can't remember very well if there is any image on the print; I'll send an attachment
