Kyocera C3232E NOt printing grey colours in graphics

    Kyocera C3232E NOt printing grey colours in graphics

    HI I have a Kyocera C3232E that is not showing grey colours in graphics and is printing a faint grey for black text. If I choose Back & white in properties its prints normal black text as it should. Colour prints lovely except for grey... any ideas?

      Print off your U089 > Gray > C, M, Y, & K test pages. Do you see any quality problems in the halftones? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Andy, did you perform the auto gray adjustment? if not try perform it, it may help you.

              Sorted it thanks, it was down to a change in the properties menu....
