    500ci series too much "red"

We have a customer with two CS300ci's (500ci series). Using the same file from the same computer and the same print driver; however, one of the CS300ci's has a greater red tone/hue to it.

I've made sure both machines have the same firmware and I've run color calibration, registratioin, half tone, etc.

    Any thoughts?

Anyway to trim down the yellow and magenta (add cyan) for print jobs; I know you can do it for copying but I don't see anywhere in the service manuals or troubleshooting guide(s) how to edit the color mix for print jobs.

How do the U089 > Gray Test pattern look on both machines? I have a feeling that on one of those machines you'll find really poor fill on the cyan page. Please post scans of the U089 Gray patterns. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah, I debated whether to add Cyan or reduce Magenta/Yellow. I went with reducing Magenta/Yellow via SIM 100 settings. It worked.
