    Cs255c can't acccess advanced tab on command center

    Have a CS255c that will not scan to email (getting a "Settings Error" on result report). When I go into KM Command Center, I can access everything except the Advanced Tab. I tried getting around it by going to the Scanner Tab, selecting Email, and clicking on the setup SMTP link, but no luck. The web page is blank.

    I've upgradeable FW to 6.0 hoping that would fix it but no luck.

    The machine is using local user access (one for general staff and one for admins) to prevent everyday staff from making color copies.

    I can scan to USB just not to email. Network settings are good (customer can print to the MFP)

    Any thoughts?

      Turn Off Job Accounting to get full access to the web interface. If there is another way, I haven't found it yet.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
