    Kyocera KM3060 cassette heater / dehumidifier

    Hi.

    Anyone knows how to turn on the cassette heater.. or set on

    I am having transfer problems caused by humidity on paper.

    drum heater U339
    0=off
    1-4=on when in standby
    Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?

      Isn't there a jumper wire that needs to be connected also? Or was that on the 4050-5050 models.

        the info came right out of the book, didn't see anything about a jumper?

          Casette heaters are usually described in the Installation Guide. That's where I'd look. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            There is a small cover on the back panel. You will find a connector that needs to be plugged in.

            Heater will then come on.
