FS-1120D wrinkling the envelope.

I have several of these doing this. It is catching slightly on the sealing portion of the envelope on the trail edge. The part you don't lick. Thanks for your input.

Have you tried to change the fuser pressure by sliding fuser levers?

I dont think there is a definitive answer to your problem, try different envelopes some work most of the time and some dont work at all.

added a file but not much on it. and change the pressure as above post suggests.

Kyocera Printers + Envelopes = Shit. If the envelope is wrinkling try a different envelope, if it is jamming make sure the fuser is set for envelopes.

Thanks for the input. I will look at the fuser levers and see if I can adjust them. Will that effect the main tray normal paper? I love these printers, except for the by pass.
