    Dear All,

When the machine is engaged in Auto Sleep mode or manually engaged, only the Main Power indicator is lit, all other indicators are off.
When POWER key is pressed, power is not restored, copier, printer, scanner or fax functions are disabled, the operation panel is freezed.
As a result the Network Scanner kit is disabled.

Did you check your voltages on the main power supply?

You want to make sure that you have power leaving the main power supply and returning to the main power supply. Once you rule that out then you can focus on another area, but it sounds like your power supply is bad.

I think I would just go into user settings and turn off all power save functions . Then it will not turn off op panel. Turn down fuser tempature and forget about it.

Forget turning off all the power save function thats not gonna stop the machine from going into automatic low power mode. If all of your voltages are good on main power supply then you will have to check the service manual and find out which board in the machine controls this and replace it. Other then that call you tech rep or sell your customer a new machine.

Ok,i've downloaded the service manual and found the power source PCB block diagram. I will check if all voltages are good.
                Thanks
