[Misc] KM 2550 COPYING..... (stuck)

Here's the problem.....

you put a paper on glass, it will copy..and work..

you put the paper in the document feeder, it will pass, as usual... but on display its say copying,,, and doesnt do nothing, and to stop that, you press stop clear, and get back to normal...

we change the wire of the document feeder in the back..

anyone had this problem???


and what's the solution?

It look like it the wire that plug in the top back..
anyone have the part# for that wire?
