[CQ] Taskalfa 400ci

I have a customer with a taskalfa 400ci that has to shake the toner in order for the machine to recognize it, the DV unit has been replaced and the firmware has been updated, also new toner has been installed...

Toner motor. It's actually called the toner container motor. It's located behind the panel of the internal tray. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get to.

Take the back cover off, turn on the unit and make sure all 4 toner motors are spinning during startup. If ones not tuning that's the problem. The DV that was installed was a new one or a used one. If it is used it could be bad and hard to turn.

OK im back toner motor was replaced and the all motors on the rear are working, this is a intermitting problem

What do you mean by does not recongnize the toner. Does it say add toner, or does it not show on the statas page.

its says Replace Cyan toner but the status page shows %50

I have the same problem. With the black toner. I replaced the black dev motor. Wait and see.
