It's not firmware that you need for the display problem. You need a tablet and sponges: See this thread:

    http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ra...tml#post311379

    302GR45040 Tablet
    302GR05310 Sponge LCD A
    2BJ25280 Sponge LCD B

Sorry, I don't give away manuals and firmware. Don't ask. Those things can be purchased at www.justmanuals.com

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Most likely the operations tablet.
I've replaced a good few if these in that range.

Black Cat is correct, but you will need two of each sponge, unless you can carefully remove and replace them on the new Tablet PCB, as Kyocera calls it.
