[Error Code] NEW TA 5501i F040

Hi all

Anyone having issues with the new Taskalfa range , Unboxed one TA5501i friday and F040 (communication Engine and Main pwb) came up straight away , machine sits on a PF 730B deck, When the deck is disconnected machine boots up ready to copy,so thinking it was the deck we swapped decks over and still have the F040 code, So after swapping ribbon cables over and dimm memory over still the same , even tried reloading the firmware , WHY F040 only when deck is connected? Anyone had issues on these new Taskalfa range?

Engine Bd./ check ribbon between engine and main.

Changed ribbon/Flat cables, Going to send machine back to Kyocera as it was DOA, Strange that it only F040 when connected to paper deck , Keeping an eye on the tech web site, have a funny feeling new FW will be released soon.
