    KM 4050 status on display

We bought a 4050 from a wholesaler, it has the current job status on display. A big arrow that points to current job statistics and counts down pages. It is not the status screen that shows when you press status button. Kyocera hotline had no info on this. Does anyone know anything about this. I have customers who would really like this feature. Thanks.

Are you talking about the Accessibility function? My enduser called it " ... the simple button for simple users." =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No, it is not the simple display. It's a different screen entirely. It gives all of the information about the current job on one half of the display, with an arrow in the middle pointing to the number of pages input and counting . It basically gives you the info resembling a falcon 2. We have never known how to view this on a falcon 3 without pressing the status button. Thanks for your interest.

if my memory serves me correctly go into system menu then under the copy heading look for priority reservation then enter that and switch it off/on, its along those lines same as ta250ci. hope this helps.
