    Taskalfa 255 and CS 3050CI

    We are trying to help a customer on a Taskalfa 255 and a CS 3050CI and what has happened is, they cannot log in on the web browser. It eems like the people who worked on them before changed the access code because the code they have wont work. Is there any way to change this at the machines?
    I know on the Ricohs you need to change the nv ram, but not sure on these Kyos.
    Do you have any ideas on what we can do?

      An U024 hard drive reformat works.

      You'll probably want to back up as much as you can in sim U917. You'll probably have to re-set the machine destination (manufacturer name on the front cover), and all your network settings. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
