KM 2050 fax date and time

Where would i set the fax date and time on the km 2050?
The machine`s date and time is set properly. But on the FAX ONLY it is not the right time or date!

basically, you will flip the fax cover plate to the left and press the "register" button..(this is also the menu that ya need to go into to set your fax name and number that appears on your faxes when they arrive to their destination)

--Press the down arrow till ya see "program fax parameter"
        --Press the "enter" key
--Press the down arrow till ya see "date & time"
        --Press the "enter" key
--Use the keypad to enter correct date and time.
        --Press the "enter" key
--Afterward, press the up arrow till ya see "end".

Hi I had a very similar problem today on a brand new m/c today!
I flipped the cover to the left but to get it to work I had to press it down, I think it wasn't quite making the little switch, otherwise it was exactly as posted above

To the Pessimist the glass is half empty
To the Optimist the glass is half full
          To the copier engineer...
The wrong glass has been supplied, it should be 50% smaller Haha
