kyocera task 250 ci error code 9540

hi all,

i am getting c9540 error on my machine.. can any guide me briefly how to fix this issue... i check the connectivity and with the latest firmware.. still i am getting the error c9540..

i am not collecting doc for money.. i was facing problem in my work environment..!!

I believe there is a language barrier here. SS12 has asked you if your end users are attempting to make copies of currency, stocks, or bonds?
