Are there any Kyocera folks that can help me with the current firmware and API software to get into the maintenance mode on a FS-9120DN ? After I installed a Maintenance kit, apparently Kyocera updated the thermistor in the fuser also issued a firmware update to adjust the fuser temp settings (Based on the Kyocera Firmware Release Notes I read). Since then, the printer is blowing these thermistors when our staff prints a large # of envelopes. Standard printing from the trays is fine. I need the firmware to get the fuser settings updated and I need the Maintenance Mode API software to reset the printer after the maintenance kit.
