KM-1650 Copy and printing plain paper only coming

    KM-1650 Copy and printing plain paper only coming

    dear all,

    Today i was serviced km-1650 machine.. customer complaint copy lining issue.. i remove the drum, and i clean filter and rollers, transfer rollers. and i fix it back as it is..


    When i switch on i check with the counter report its came fine without the lining. After that whatever i am trying to copy and trying to take report only white paper coming..

    i removed the charger and i make copy. Copy comes like black color. it means charger okay right?

    Please help me i was stuck today because of this issue..

      What your saying doesn't make sense. I'm going to try to repeat it back in different words.

      So you power ON. The machine boots up OK. You print a counter sheet, it looks normal/OK, with image. All pages after that are blank, prints and copies.

      What I think really is happening, is that the copies are blank, but the prints and reports are normal/OK. In that case, you messed up something in the optics. Mirror knocked loose, CCD moved, Scanner locked or stuck, Nylon glides that ride on the scanner rail have fallen out or are obstructing passage. My guess is optical. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          true .also cross check the HVT board if the copies are blank.It happens may times and if they are all blank then charging or laser .If only photocopy is blank then the optics as suggested .
