    Kyocera 500ci major issues

I have a 500ci machine that will not quit turning the motors and produces no color except for black. I've tried new transfer belt, dlp motors, developers, drums. Any other suggestions?

Is firmware up to date? I'd start there...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Yes, firmware has been updated. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

i hate to say it, but you might be dealing with an engine board issue. Another thing to look for would be pinched wires in the drive section...

Have you done any U089 Gray test patterns in C, M, Y, & K? Are there any error in the Event Log?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes, tried 089, no colors showing up, not even faded

I would remove a charge roller and make one copy to see what you get. That small board on the front that the devs plug into may be the problem also.
