    Netviewer install problem

Having issues getting netviewer installed on a computer, windows 7, fully updated via windows update.

Computer Management-->windows errors-->program logs shows an error with .net 4.0 framework.

I uninstalled the program, uninstalled .net 4.0 extended and .net 4.0.
I then reinstalled .net 4.0, updated the 13 additional updates and attempted to reinstall netviewer.

I'm now getting an error that .net 4.0 isn't installed. Anyone have netviewer problems? Any ideas?

    Re: Netviewer install problem

At last installation I had to update .net 4.0, but it was uneventful. Sorry I can't add anything more helpful. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Re: Netviewer install problem

Fixed the problem. Did a full rebuild and reinstall of the machine. Even had called Kyocera tech support and no luck there. Uninstalled/reinstalled Netviewer and .Net completely to no avail. Finally just did a system wipe and reinstall and now it works.
