[CQ] kyocera FS 1135 mfp Printing and copying blank copy

Dear friends,

I have one machine 1135 mfp new machine. i used that new machine main board for checking the other defective machine.. After i order the new main board. fix the correct eprom. there is no error code. Machine Showing "Ready to Copy" when i try to make status report for claim only white paper(blank copy) only coming.. what to do??? any solution for this.. new machine 0 copy taken from this machine.. developer also seems okay...

Could be by replacing the board, you need to reset and stir developer.

When making a copy, open a cover to stop the process mid-way, and take out the drum to see if their is an image on the drum. if there is, then it could be a transfer problem. If no image, then it could be any of the prior processes. Is there an image on the drum when you print an internal report. If there is, then you can rule out the scanning portion of the process.

Need more info so you just have troubleshoot backwards to isolate where in the process it is failing.

Check for toner in the developer unit. Also, simply reseating the developer and drum units can solve some issues like this.
