    FS1028MFP Scanner problem

I've currently got an FS1028MFP that prints fine, but when copying the print comes out too high up the page as if the scanner is completely out of alignment and not scanning the full length of the glass. Any suggestions on this on as I didn'nt find much help in the manual. Many thanks.

This could be a rego issue which may require scanner leading edge etc to be adjusted.

In the service manual under U settings, you may need to read it for proper adjustment, if you dont have a manual ask Paul.

I'll check the manual again although it didn't seem that helpful, I may have missed something. The scanner lock is definately not on, that's one of the first checks I always do.
