Kyocera task 250ci Copy and Printing Quality Issue

    Kyocera task 250ci Copy and Printing Quality Issue

    Dear Friends,

    This is my long time problem and i was think to post here i forget always regarding this issue.. In bahrian we have so many Task-250ci machine.

    1. some machine are okay in printing and copy having problem. The copies which are worst. they could't be able to use. so i scan and store in document box and then i try to print from the harddisk then also copy quality not good..

    2. i updated the latest firmware and service machine cleaning the glass with the alochol..

    3. 089 maintenance copies are okay..

    i am attached the sample copies which i made from the machine you can see the background color in that copy..

    i dono how to solve this problem. i check with the some of the technicians with my office they said it was drawback of the machine is it like that..???

    Have you cleaned optics, and performed a complete color calibration? I also see the evidence of dirty primary charge rollers. Start with that. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      yeah i did the laser cleaning then color calibration then half tone.. after that clean the glass with the alochol.. i have another one machine print 100% okay no problem in that but copies to bad same like color are also different than the original..

        Do not think too much about this problem.this is very common problem in these models etc,250ci,300ci and 500ci family....i will give you very simple solution.enter in simulation. status...10871087... enter U429.(Setting the offset for the color balance.) if magenta background appear reduce value 0 to -2 if CYAN problem also reduce value from 0 to -2...
        your problem guaranteed solved...thanks and regards...

          thanks rashid..!! i already did this step to one for leasing machine..!! but we have so many machine in market.. i cannot able to fix it properly..!! printing from pc and usb fine and copies goes wrong we dono where are to start troubleshooting

            Friend...

            Many times i also stuck with this issue...but this problem happens with photocopy from scanner only....Printing is perfect.....even you print 089..color belt...it looks fine....
            ok.
            follow the steps in order......update the latest firmware...13.1......adjust the value in U429 as i told you.......drum refresh------color callibration...grey adjustment.......color registration.......
            take the status page....make the copy for same page.....it wil not give you 100 % same result....but it will be improved copy and you need to convince the customer that this is maximum result machine can produce in photocopying....Gud luck....
