    kyocera 250Ci Document Box password forget

    Dear all,
    How to reset the document box password. because i forget the document box password.. some important file are their in that document box.. how do i get that..

      You can forget about recovering the documents. Without the password they'll stay right where they are. About the only think you can do to permanently delete passworded document boxes is a U020 all clear. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          omg..!! is thier any way from the prescribe command to find or reset the password...

              Is the password on a Document Box or Custom Box? There is a big difference, and if it is a Custom Box you are using, you should be able to retrieve the document.

                  Custom box i think.. inside Document box i create one folder with the password...

                      If you turn on local authentication and then log in with an administrator account, you should be able to change the password on the Custom Box, then manipulate or download the documents that are stored in it, even after turning authentication back off.
