    kyocera km3035

    hi guys,i have got my kyocera km 3035 which is not recognizing toner bottle,at first the machine was not feeding toner,when i investigated i saw that the toner solenoid was not releasing the toner clutch,i removed the solenoid for another one, now when i switched on the machine doesn't recognize toner shows error C7400.Does any one have an idea of what is happening,could it be the toner bottle sensor,or there is another problem because the senor i tested.please help me guyz,thankx,

      Looks like you have a faulty DV-Unit.

          Are you sure it's the right toner cartridge? The FalconIII toner looks identical, but the drive coupler is not. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
