    Kyocera Taskalfa small dot all over the page

    Hi i have a kyocera Taskalfa is still making small dots maganta all over the page even after changing the drum and developper. What can I do next to remove the dots?
    The machine is calibrated, I ran the drum and dev refresh and cleaned the laser. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

      Which Taskalfa? There are a dozen machines sporting that name right now. If I were to make a guess I'd guess a Saturn (KM-250ci, KM-300ci, KM-400ci, KM-500ci, KM-552ci) because of the past problems with primary charge arcing to the drum. If you have the latest drum and primary charge, the problem should be resolved. I haven't seen this problem in 6 months, once the new drum unit is installed.

      Pick out one of the more identifiable dots, and then check for the same dot 96.75mm down the page. If yes, its the drum again. It's version 10, 302JZ93013 (there might be other upgrades since then), and at least version 11 of the firmware. =^..^=

              Upgrade the firmware also, main should be 13. something
