I've seen this on a few Saturns. The output option for print, and fax are available to go to any tray, however, for copying only Tray A is available in the default output in the system menu. Has anyone seen this before? If so, what is the remedy? Thanks.

Your finisher has been isolated because of an error. Print off the U000 Error log. That will tell you what to fix. Clear the error in U906, then fix the original cause for the isolation. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is Offset also set as a default? Tray A is the only tray available to Offset.Comment

Had the same type of issue on a Taskalfa 4500i with a mailbox option,output options were greyed out until offset was enabled.Last edited by tonerleak; 01-18-2014, 12:57 AM.Comment
