TA 500ci with DF780 question on inner tray stacking

I have a customer who says she talked to another tech and said that you can change a setting so that when printing with no staple you can have it continuously push the paper thru to the main tray rather than it send pages to stack in the inner tray and then exit to the main tray. I've looked in the manual and it only makes a reference under U237 "Number of sheets of stack on the internal tray for non-staple copying: 10 sheets". There is nothing that says you can change this. Am I missing something or is this customer getting bad info?

Nothing I've ever heard of. I'll be interested in the answer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
