Kyocera KM 6030 Jam report question

On this report, what is difference between the "total" and the "count" columns. I have a machine in a school that has intermittent jams that I cannot duplicate. Needing a little help understanding the jam history. (Image attached)Kyocera 6030 Jam Report.PDF Thanks so much

The total column is for total number jams for life of machine and is not resettable. The count column is resettable by you in mm903. Its good clear the counts after a jam service call so can see what's happening if get called back.

That's about the only way to get useful information from that jam report. You don't get the date/time of jam occurrence, date/time of jam clear, sequence, paper source ... it's just a list of every jam that happened since the last clear. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
