    TA 520i ADF?

Gentlemen, got a weird one here. (What's New)
Original's fed from adf, input a multiple page 2-4 count, unit will stop at 2nd pg. and display will ask for a letter size paper in MP Tray.
Install letter in MP Tray press continue and will feed remainder count thru MP.
    Original's from glass work fine.
Checked Maint. settings from Nov. 2013 and nothing has changed.
I cleaned LCT feed rollers the other day.
    What am I missing here?

What sort of media settings are set up on your trays? For ATS (auto tray selection) to function properly, all the trays to auto select must be "plain", standard sized (not Custom Sized). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Blackcat, all settings you are referring to are affirmative. auto, plain & no custom.
I was thinking a user may have a stored job not completed, but that was a dead end.
And why only happening when feeding via ADF?
Is there a way to shut down MP tray for test purpose?

Unfortunately, the MP tray is the first choice whenever media type or size don't match exactly.

Perhaps you DP is mis-identifying the original size? When you scan, what size does it choose? =^..^=
