Hi
We've a Kyocera 5551ci with a error handling problem. When I put a A4 220g paper in the multipurpose tray and don't specify the paper type in the copier settings and print a file with no special settings the toner isn't fixed completely (sure i know i have to specify the paper type because of the fuser).
When i specify the paper type (heavy) in the print job setting the copier shows an error because of the paper type mismatch (when i acknowledge the error it is printed out with the heavy paper type setting). The copier means A4 standard paper is in the tray but the print job wants the A4 heavy paper. So my goal is that the copier ignores the error and prints it out with the paper type as heavy that the toner is fixed completely.
Due to that I've set the "paper mismatch error" and "inserted paper mismatch" under the common setting to ignore, but the error still appears.
Any idea?
Kind regards
