Kyocera FS-C5350 DN Cyan dev unit part number ~ 302HN93033.

    Hi All.

Does any one know what the life is for a Cyan dev unit part number 302HN93033.

I have done a search and checked the threads on here due to this machine not printing Cyan.
there is a post very similar but on the Magenta which has been helpful.

But I would like to know what the life % or pages is for the part number given above.
It would appear that these machines have issues with lack of print to page and errors seen Error ccode 7402 - 0036598.

thank you for your time and any help / info given.

    cheers.

Have you done any of the Gemini series modifications? The one that will affect your problem the most is the bias contacts. But it's a big project best done in the office. The first time it did all the updates it took me nearly 9 hrs. The second time 5.5 hrs. When a machine is stripped right down to the frames like this, it's very easy to create other problems along the way.

All the maintenance kit components are supposed to yield 200K, but if your customer is doing heavy fill, 100K is more like what you should expect. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
