    [Error Code] Taskalfa 3050 error code C9540

    Hi everybody.

    Please help me out here. I have a brand new Task Alfa 3050 ci that is giving this error as soon any paper feed switch engages (cassettes and MP).

    Any idea how to resolve this issue?

      One of your end users has attempted to make copies of currency, stocks, or bonds. Only the manufacturer, Kyocera, can help you recover function of this machine. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thanks for the reply. This machine is literally brand new. We picked up the problem during installation when we tried to print a status page.

              That code is for prohibited originals. Are you using $100 bills as test patterns?

                      Check DP to machine connections, particularly the add-on board that is installed with the high end feeder, make sure that it is seated to the main board.
