    [Misc] c3225e scanning issues

I have a customer with a c3225e that when scanning to email, it will only scan 2 pages at a time before giving a message to the effect that you have exceeded the email limit.
I have gone through the control panel and cannot find any restrictions on size of email. Any suggestions??

check the command center, email settings make sure the limit is set to 0/no limit... should open it up... then the only other hurdle would be a size limit on the email server, but that would be a different error anyway

Also look at your default scan settings. The two settings that eat up lots of MB are 600x600 dpi and color scan.

Best settings for smallest file size are
      Monochrome
      200x200 dpi
      Text original type

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
