    Re: TA3050ci

The C6900 refers to the fuser edge fan motor 1 (FUEFM1), or fuser edge fan motor 2 (FUEFM2), not the fuser front fan motor (FUFFM).

Did you change the fuser front fan motor (FUFFM): Figure 20 Item 11 or A02? 302K994350 or 302K994090
Did you change the fuser edge fan motor 1 (FUEFM1), fuser edge fan motor 2 (FUEFM2): Figure 20 Item 29? quantity (2) 302FZ94420

I only read one fan, and the wrong one. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Hi blackcat
      thankyou for the reply.
i have been looking into this a little more over the weekend and it seems i have two poss issues here.
firstly i think the original tech has poss fitted the wrong fuser to this machine (45/55 cpm rather than 35cpm)
plus the tech who ordered the fan before i was dragged into the complaint may have ordered the wrong fan up afterwards.
but to be fair the fans in the uk are not listed seperatly in the parts book as they come with the fuser i think and the fuser can only be ordered as a whole unit.
but the front fan is listed as a fuser front fan ?
      odd......
in the servive book the other fans are pointed out, just not in the parts book....?!?
so i am ordering a fuser.
      will let you know.

      thankyou again.

Just to confirm: This looks like a 120V fuser, like the ones we use in the US. I thought you used 220v fusers in the UK. You would have seen smoke if the wrong voltage fuser had been installed.

        Am I wrong? =^..^=
