I have a km 5050 that will not cycle, no lcd display.. but the secondary power button will light up. I have checked the ac power at the wall, removed the nic, still have the same issue. Any ideas?

I have also checked all the fuses on the power supply for continuity and all fuses are good. I'm thinking mai board possibly. -

So you removed the main board, since this machine does not have a removable nic. You could be missing some voltages. The engine board should at least initialize.Comment

I'm thinking operation panel firmware. Start with a firmware re-load. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I installed a new power supply and the mfp came to ready, upon, completion of that I was able to install the firmware. Thanks for the responses.Comment
