Please help, When scanning color to file with feeder, the color is off. Scanning on the glass will pickup the correct color. Is there an adjustment that you have to do at install?

Look in your service manual and it will give you the part# for thr calibration chart needed and how to use it.

Hi copymech, tried all the adjustments in service mode and i can't get the feeder to scan the correct color, do you know which service mode i have to run with the chart?

Hi Copymech, Sorry for being a pain you know what, but what is the purpose of the test chart if you do not scan the chart through the feeder, and do you enter the values of the copies or the original. The feeder i am working with is an DB-770. Thank you for your help.
