    [Misc] Disable fax confirmation page on CS300CI???

    DEAR GOD!

    I have a customer that wants to disable the fax confirmation page on a CS300ci, this is a first for me in the years ive dealt with these!!!

    I have searched the Service, User and operation guides/manuals and even asked Google.

    Disabled all settings that even remotely may have something to do with it.... NO JOY

    Please help me guys, im ripping my hair out!!

      Are you talking about a Tx confirmation page? And do you just want to remove the image of the first page, or stop the report altogether?

      I don't think I need a manual for this one. System Menu > Reports > Result Report Setting . ...

      It's on:
      pg 1-3-163 of Service Manual R7
      pg 8-53 of the Operators Guide R1
      pg 5-7 of the Fax Sys Q Operators Guide R1

      I can't imagine how you missed it in all those places. Just search "report" in the PDF document. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          My first thought was "Isn't there an entire section named Reports under the System Menu? How do you miss that?" Haha
